A “Dream” Website Launch

I met my web designer in my dream. No joke.

She’s also a dream interpreter by profession, so it makes total sense.

True story:

I’ve needed to redo my website and I had recently seen Tenaya Wieczorek’s beautiful web design work on Instagram. Random side note: I bumped into Tenaya five years ago at a groovy dance class where I learned that she does intuitive dreamwork sessions. After an hour of swiveling our hips, we said good-bye and that was that, until…

New Year’s Eve 2020…I climbed into my bed and had a very lucid dream. In my dream state, I walked up to Tenaya and told her that I was thinking of having her redo my website. I remember her giving me a warm hug and telling me: “I’d love to help you with your website!” Her energy felt confident and welcoming. The next morning, I woke and knew what I had to do.

I mean, I had a lucid dream about a woman that interprets dreams for a living who also happens to be a web designer. The message to work with her couldn’t have been more clear.

I reached out to Tenaya, told her about the dream, and as if on cue, quoting herself from my dream, she said: “I’d love to help you with your website!”

My dream guidance was spot on! Tenaya patiently walked me through the web design process, all the while calmly dealing with the usual snafus along the way. To be truthful, we took a lot of deep breaths together because I have a tendency to get overwhelmed by tech—Heck, I love typewriters for a reason! But, with her tender coaching, I learned that I can do techy things!

And now, thanks to Tenaya, I can bring more of my Writing Circles, custom poems and creative workshops into the world with more ease!

I’m so excited to share with you what we’ve created—plus my newest offering: Allison-in-Wonderland sessions!
